CPM Construction Scheduling
Construction scheduling is the process of creating and maintaining a detailed plan for a construction project, including the specific tasks, milestones, and deadlines that need to be met in order to complete the project on time and within budget.
The main goal of construction scheduling is to identify/coordinate all resources required to complete the project, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors...including identifying specific tasks, their durations, and the sequence in which they need to be done.
JARLIN schedulers use Primavera P6 to develop, maintain and update the project schedule.
Owner's Representative
A construction owner's representative serves the interests of the owner during the construction process. JARLIN can function as a liaison between the owner and the construction team, which generally includes the general contractor, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
We bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the construction process and can help ensure that the project is completed to the owner's satisfaction.
Construction Management
Construction management is the process of planning, organizing, and overseeing the construction of a project. JARLIN can coordinate the work of engineers and contractors, manage the project budget and schedule, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
FDOT Disputes Review Board (DRB)
A DRB is a form of alternative dispute resolution that is commonly used in the construction industry. It is an independent, impartial body that is established to review and resolve disputes that may arise during the course of a construction project.
The main purpose of a DRB is to provide a fair and efficient means of resolving disputes in a timely manner, without the need for costly and time-consuming legal proceedings. The DRB is typically composed of a panel of experts, including representatives from the owner and contractor.
Construction Claims Support
Construction claims support is the process of providing assistance and guidance to parties involved in a construction project in the event of a claim or dispute. This includes identifying and evaluating the issues that led to the claim, gathering and analyzing evidence, and providing expert testimony or other forms of support to help resolve the claim.
JARLIN possesses a detailed understanding of the construction process and the issues that can lead to claims and disputes. We are also familiar with the regulatory environment in the construction industry and have experience in providing expert testimony and other forms of support to resolve claims.
